puts you on edge, but still sounds good.

Oh ya. It's because many synth instruments are based on wind based instruments. Be it woodwind or brass. So when played backwards it gives the impression the instrument is breathing in rather than blowing out.
it sounds funky and eerie at the same time, and that's a pretty neat combo!
Thanks.
funky
heard this on ng radio
i like it, only issue is that it gets a little repetitive. maybe change up the melody a little more, or do some funky stuff with the bass and piano.
While I appreciate the feedback, I feel I need to explain. Part of why it's repetitive in this respect, is because I've been trying to personify how the body works during injection through song.
i love the chords in the back
sitting on my spaceship and staring at earth now. i wonder what the earthlings are like down there.
In this case imagine being in space. No ship, but you don't suffer from the effects of the vacuum. You're staring down to Earth and despite it being so far, you can see all it's inhabitants like ants scurrying about.
love the drum part
the first bit makes me thing of a didgeridoo
Never thought of it that way, but now that you mention it, it does sound like one. Those instruments do sound otherworldly especially when played in the background of most music. I remember watching Crocodile Dundee 2 and when Mick trolled one of the bad guys by throwing a Python at him I heard a creepy didgeridoo sound in the background making him look like he was supernatural in a way.
